The OffersQuest Ad Network is an affiliate network that focuses heavily on survey and market research promotions, along with free sample and other "soft" offers. OffersQuest pays extremely competitive commissions to affiliates, and hosts a number of exclusive offers. Pay terms are net 30 by paper check or PayPal (affiliate's choice of which), and in depth tracking is provided that shows effective cost per click (cpc) and conversion ration/percentage for each offer both for the entire network, and for the individual affiliate. Most of the promotions are run on a CPA or CPC basis.
