I will never use them again. I have left 6 messages for them to contact me regarding an error in my order. I ordered Wii metal ddr dance pads with game (2) and the sent the wii game and playstation mats. I have left my phone number and email for them to contact me and have not heard from someone in two weeks. I was also never sent my guitar hero for wii as promised. There is no phone number for me to contact them and I am at a loss at what to do. These mats are very expensive and Game Asylum does not stand behind their promise for good service. BEWARE

GameAsylum.com is definitely one "outfit" to stay away from! It took them over a month (30 days) to complete an order. They took their time in sending out an incomplete order and then would not answer any emails. They did read their emails as they did finally ship the missing portion of the order after an unanswered email was sent to them to inform them of the credit card dispute.
